Please call during business hours to get prior authorization before returning any items. Items being returned for full refund must be in new condition and in original packaging.
There are several different return processing locations around the country that your product may need to be returned to so please call for the proper shipping address for returning your product. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking and handling fee charge plus freight both ways.
Items returned in damaged or severely used condition which cannot be resold as new have a 30% restocking fee. All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued. You may incur additional charges if product is returned in damaged condition.
Also, items must be sent back freight prepaid; no C.O.D.'s will be accepted. Returns must be made within 30 days.
